El Hormiguero is a Spanish talk show that has aired since 2006, blending comedy, science, and politics with a live studio audience. Hosted and produced by screenwriter Pablo Motos, the program launched on Cuatro before moving to Antena 3 in 2011. The show features recurring guests including comedian Luis Piedrahita and puppet characters Trancas and Barrancas, who have become fan favorites.
