Água de Mar is a Portuguese urban series set between the Shell Beach and a new School of Arts opening in the historic Barahona family palace. Against Cascais's mythical coastline, the show weaves together multiple interconnected storylines that capture the intensity of summer by the sea. Young characters navigate first love, ambition, and self-discovery while older generations confront their own unfinished business. The narrative balances the romance and freedom of youth with generational tensions, unexpected reunions, and the drama that unfolds when lives collide on the beach.
