Left-Eye Detective(2010)

Left-Eye Detective is a Japanese mystery series following Tanaka Ainosuke, a man born with a weak left eye who receives a cornea transplant from his deceased brother. After the surgery, shocks to his transplanted eye trigger visions of strange images—clues Ainosuke believes are connected to his brother's mysterious death. Determined to uncover the truth, he partners with Sayama Hitomi, a junior high school nurse, to investigate. Their probe quickly draws unwanted attention from a shadowy criminal organization intent on stopping them. As Ainosuke pursues answers about his brother's fate, he finds himself caught between his personal quest for justice and forces far more dangerous than he anticipated.
