Duke of the Suburbs(2018)

Duke of the Suburbs is a Finnish comedy series following Pasi Kovalainen, a small-time entrepreneur who's built his wealth through morally questionable dealings. Convinced he's merely a victim of red tape rather than a criminal, Kovalainen operates in a grey zone that finally catches the attention of a determined prosecutor. Two investigators are assigned to shadow his every move, hunting for any infraction that might stick. Meanwhile, an ambitious reporter and various rivals circle closer, each hoping to bring him down. The series balances dark humour with the absurdity of Kovalainen's self-delusion, exploring how ordinary people justify extraordinary compromises in pursuit of success and respectability.
