Presumed Accidents is a Hong Kong drama that unravels a web of hidden connections and orchestrated tragedy. Kiu Man Kit, a wealthy antique dealer, lives in solitude following his wife's death, until he encounters insurance investigator Yan Yin at a hospital. When Yan Yin investigates her parents' suspicious deaths, she discovers her fate is mysteriously linked to his. Kiu Man Kit infiltrates her insurance firm to get closer to her and aid the investigation, where he meets her suitor, Cheuk Sing Yeung. As the pair uncovers evidence that the accidents may be deliberately staged rather than coincidental, complications arise when Kiu Man Kit meets Lin Yeuk Fei, a woman bearing an uncanny resemblance to his late wife. The revelation that both Cheuk Sing Yeung and Lin Yeuk Fei harbour dark secrets threatens to derail their search for the truth.
