Under the Veil(2015)

Under the Veil is a drama series told across three folklore stories exploring love, lust, vanity, greed and selfishness. In "Changing Pins," fraternal twins pursue different men who share the same appearance—the older brother enters a forbidden affair with a Liao Kingdom prince, while his sister falls for a poor scholar. "Judge Lu" follows a scholar entangled in an affair with a courtesan who bears a striking resemblance to his wife. In "Chasing Fish," a scholar becomes the focus of desire for both a fish spirit and a human girl who share identical features. Each tale weaves supernatural elements with human desire, examining the consequences of passion and moral compromise across ancient settings.
