Ghosts of the Past(2019)

Ghosts of the Past is a Russian thriller series following Alexey Ivanov, an ambulance doctor haunted by the unsolved murder of his classmate on prom night decades earlier. When Alexey returns to his small hometown on business, he becomes the prime suspect in a new crime he didn't commit. A serial killer has been attacking young women in the city for years, striking only during Alexey's visits.
