Bridal Mask is a Korean historical drama set during the 1930s Japanese occupation of Korea. Lee Kang To, a skilled martial artist, leads a double life as an independence fighter, concealing his identity behind a traditional bridal mask—a gaksital—when he strikes against the occupying forces. By day he navigates the oppressive colonial regime; by night he becomes a symbol of resistance.
