Daring(2024)

Daring is a Russian series set in the Khabarovsk region during the 1990s, following Pavel Likhovtsev, a senior ranger and bear hunter who raises his eldest son Zhenya in the taiga. When his apiary collapses with the arrival of the nineties, Pavel moves his family to Khabarovsk city in search of stability. There, he encounters a ruthless criminal underworld as the OCG "Obshchak" gang consolidates power and resources, eventually becoming one of the world's largest organized crime syndicates. The series explores Pavel's struggle to protect his family and values amid the chaos and moral corruption of post-Soviet Russia, where legitimate survival becomes increasingly difficult as criminal forces reshape society.
