Off the Map is a medical drama set in La Ciudad de las Estrellas, a remote jungle town in South America. Three idealistic doctors arrive at a chronically understaffed and undersupplied clinic, determined to make a difference in a place where resources are scarce and need is urgent. The series follows their personal and professional struggles as they navigate the challenges of practicing medicine in isolation, far from the comforts and infrastructure of urban hospitals. Each doctor brings their own motivations and baggage to the mission, testing their idealism against the harsh realities of rural healthcare. Off the Map explores themes of sacrifice, redemption, and the cost of pursuing meaningful work in one of the world's most difficult settings.
