Temptation(2005)

Temptation is an Australian game show that aired on the Nine Network from May 2005 to November 2007. Hosted by Ed Phillips and Livinia Nixon, it was a remake of the long-running Sale of the Century, retaining the core quiz format while introducing new features and scaling back the shopping-focused endgame. The series competed directly with Deal or No Deal on Seven Network, which eventually drew audiences away. After two and a half years on air, Nine suspended the show and replaced it with reruns of the American sitcom Two and a Half Men. Despite its fresh approach to a familiar format, Temptation couldn't sustain its ratings against rival game show competition.
