The Smartphone Guy(2017)

The Smartphone Guy is a Japanese comedy series following Keita Orimo, a middle-aged apparel company employee facing layoffs while raising his 9-year-old daughter as a divorced father. Stubbornly old-school, Orimo still uses a flip phone—until his brain inexplicably transforms into a smartphone. He begins seeing text balloons and messages meant for others, a surreal ability that drags him into workplace chaos. As Orimo navigates corporate politics and personal struggles, his digital mind becomes both a blessing and a curse, forcing him to confront modern life on terms he never expected.
