Iron Road(2009)

Iron Road is a historical drama following a resourceful Chinese woman who disguises herself as a boy to join a railroad crew working in the Rocky Mountains. Her mission is personal: to find her long-lost father. As she navigates the dangerous world of railroad construction in the 1880s, she forms an unexpected bond with the son of a wealthy railroad magnate. The film explores themes of identity, belonging, and forbidden love against the backdrop of North America's industrial expansion.
