Laid to Rest is a horror film that opens with a young woman regaining consciousness inside a casket, bloodied and amnesiac. She escapes her coffin prison only to discover she's been abducted by a brutal serial killer who intends to add her to his collection of victims. With no memory of who she is and no one aware she's missing, she must rely on her wits and will to survive against a methodical predator. As she flees through the night, she encounters a sympathetic stranger willing to help her evade her captor. The film becomes a tense game of cat and and-mouse, where survival means staying one step ahead of a killer determined to finish what he started.
