One Small Hero is a family adventure film about Joey Cooper, a determined boy desperate to join the exclusive Wilderness Club. After repeatedly failing the membership test, Joey can't bear to disappoint his mother, who has just bought him brand-new camping gear. He sneaks onto the club's trip bus, hiding his failure. When kidnappers strike and abduct the other children, Joey's unexpected presence becomes the group's only hope. Forced into an unlikely hero's role, the small boy must find courage and resourcefulness he didn't know he possessed to rescue his peers and prove that size has nothing to do with bravery.
