Son on the Run(1991)

Son on the Run is a drama about a love torn apart by class and circumstance. As teenagers, Benny Mok and May Lo share a deep connection, but May's wealthy father sees Benny as beneath his daughter. Using his money and influence, he orchestrates their separation, forcing May to leave for Canada. Years later, their paths collide again, reigniting feelings neither could forget.
