Unfinished(2018)

Unfinished is a Cold War thriller set in divided Berlin, 1986. Economist Young-min accepts what he believes is a safe passage North, convinced by a Northern spy that the move will protect his family. The promise proves false. Young-min escapes to West Germany, only to be separated from his loved ones and hunted by multiple nations who see him as a valuable asset. Trapped between East and West, he becomes a pawn in a dangerous game of espionage where trust is lethal and every move carries devastating consequences. The film captures the paranoia and moral ambiguity of an era when borders divided not just countries but families and loyalties.
