Father Jackleg is a con-man comedy about a grifter who inherits a gold mine and immediately assumes it's a scam. Convinced his entire family are bigger con artists than he is, he partners with an accomplice to flip the worthless property to unsuspecting buyers. But when his relatives discover the mine is actually valuable, they launch their own scheme to steal it from him before he catches on. What unfolds is a battle of wits between con artists, each trying to outsmart the others while racing to claim the prize.
