Centuries later, in 2022, a team of hunters tracks an alien fugitive imprisoned within a human body. When a time-traveling portal suddenly opens, these two quests intersect across the centuries. The film blends historical fantasy with modern sci-fi as characters from different eras must confront each other and the forces that bind them together. Director Lee Sang-hee crafts an ambitious narrative that balances martial arts spectacle with mind-bending temporal mechanics, creating a unique take on the action-adventure genre.
