Buckaroo(2005)

Buckaroo follows Jerome, a troubled gang member sentenced to work on a remote farm as a last chance at redemption. Stripped from the streets and thrust into rural life, Jerome must confront the person he's become while learning the discipline and purpose that farm labor demands. As days turn into weeks, he discovers unexpected strength in honest work and genuine human connection. The film explores whether a young man caught in a cycle of violence can break free and find a new direction. Through physical toil and quiet reflection, Jerome begins to understand that his life doesn't have to follow the path he's been on. Buckaroo is a character-driven drama about second chances and self-discovery in the most unlikely of places.
