Clerical Errors(2015)

Clerical Errors is a comedy about a bank robber forced to hide out in a small-town church after a heist goes sideways. When the locals mistake him for the newly arrived pastor, he's trapped in an elaborate charade. Unable to reveal his true identity without risking arrest, he must navigate Sunday sermons, parish duties, and the suspicious scrutiny of his congregation while staying one step ahead of both the law and his criminal associates. The film mines humor from the collision between his criminal past and the wholesome expectations of small-town faith, as he gradually becomes invested in the community he's deceiving. What begins as a desperate escape plan transforms into something more complicated when genuine connections form.
