Duplex is a comedy about newlyweds who purchase a charming Brooklyn brownstone, only to discover their upstairs neighbor is a nightmare. The elderly woman, seemingly frail and harmless, becomes an endless source of chaos and intrusion into their lives. What begins as minor annoyances—loud noises, unexpected visits, bizarre demands—escalates into a battle of wills as the couple struggles to reclaim their home and sanity. Desperate to be rid of her, they resort to increasingly absurd schemes with darkly comic consequences.
