Heartstrings follows Marie, a gifted cellist whose world is quietly collapsing as a degenerative eye disease steals her sight. Desperate to secure a place at an elite music conservatory, she makes a deal with Victor, a classmate drowning in academic trouble: she'll tutor him if he becomes her secret guide, helping her conceal her condition through the grueling entrance exam. What starts as a calculated arrangement deepens into something neither expected. As Marie and Victor navigate deception, ambition, and their growing connection, both discover that the price of their bargain reaches far beyond either of them.
