Simple Simon(2010)
There are no feelings in outer space.
Simple Simon is a comedy about a young man with Asperger's syndrome who struggles with change and routine. When his brother Sam's girlfriend Frida leaves because she can't adapt to Simon's particular needs, Simon takes it upon himself to find Sam a new partner—one he deems perfect. What follows is a well-meaning but misguided quest that forces Simon out of his comfort zone and challenges his rigid worldview. The film balances humor with genuine heart, exploring how neurodivergence shapes relationships and what it truly means to connect with others. As Simon navigates dating, friendship, and family dynamics, he discovers that life rarely follows the script he's written for it.
