Sphere is a science fiction thriller that begins when a mysterious spacecraft is discovered on the Pacific Ocean floor, apparently alien and centuries old. A team of elite scientists descends to investigate, but the wreck holds a disturbing secret: a perfect geometric sphere hidden in the cargo hold. As the crew attempts to understand the artifact, reality itself becomes unstable. Strange phenomena plague the team, and paranoia spreads as they realize the sphere may be far more powerful and dangerous than anyone anticipated. Trapped in the depths with dwindling resources and fractured trust, the scientists must confront not only an incomprehensible alien intelligence but also the darkest aspects of their own minds. The film explores themes of fear, isolation, and the limits of human understanding when confronted with the truly unknowable.
