Diamond Hunters(2011)

Diamond Hunters is a Soviet crime series set in November 1980, following the theft of priceless antiques from the apartment of A. Tolstoy's widow. The centerpiece of the heist is the Royal Lily brooch, an extraordinarily beautiful piece commissioned for Louis XV. Because the widow maintains powerful connections across the USSR and abroad, the case escalates rapidly, drawing the attention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' most seasoned investigators. Interior Minister Shchelokov himself takes personal interest in recovering the stolen treasures, transforming what could have been a routine burglary into a high-stakes investigation that reaches across borders and political circles.
