Angel Vivi is a drama series that follows siblings Wei Wei and Dae Woo through tragedy and its aftermath. When Dae Woo, an aspiring pop star, suffers a devastating motorcycle accident while rushing to pick up his sister, his dreams of stardom are shattered along with his ability to walk. Years pass, and Dae Woo spirals into bitterness and resentment, unable to move beyond his loss. Wei Wei, meanwhile, unexpectedly becomes an internet celebrity through her online posts. When she meets a compassionate doctor who offers her a fresh perspective, she glimpses hope for the future.
