Blowing in the Wind is a Hong Kong crime series following brothers Bo and Wei as they arrive from mainland China and are drawn into the triad underworld. The pair rise swiftly through the ranks as drug dealers, accumulating wealth and power while their family life crumbles under the weight of their criminal enterprise. When the newly formed ICAC—Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption—turns its investigative sights on them, the brothers find themselves trapped between their ambitions and the law's closing net.
