All the Same… or Not is a Brazilian coming-of-age series following Carol and her friends as they navigate a new school year in Rio de Janeiro. Their tight-knit group faces unexpected strain when Carol's mother remarries and her new stepfather becomes her teacher—an awkward dynamic that complicates her already fraught relationship with her insufferable half-brother. As each friend grapples with personal crises, the bonds that once felt unbreakable begin to fray.
