The story blends action and fantasy elements as she navigates a world of conflict and discovery. Originally serialized in Animage magazine and illustrated by Takada Akemi, the novels spawned both a Super Famicom RPG and this anime adaptation, bringing the epic tale to screen for Japanese audiences.
