Twist of Fate(2021)

Twist of Fate is a Turkish romantic drama following Ada, a young woman haunted by her family's history of romantic heartbreak. Convinced her first love will determine her entire future, Ada falls for Rüzgar, an Albanian student facing deportation. She proposes a fake marriage to save him, certain he'll propose for real on their third anniversary. When Rüzgar abandons her on that exact date, Ada's carefully constructed dreams collapse. Desperate to reclaim her first love, she sets out to win him back—only to have fate intervene in the form of Bora, a hardened, workaholic businessman with walls firmly built around his heart. As Ada navigates heartbreak and unexpected connection, Twist of Fate explores whether we can escape the patterns that define us, or if love finds us in the most surprising ways.
