Broken Lives is a Turkish drama that follows two young people from opposite worlds whose chance meeting in Izmir ignites a passionate romance. Deniz, intelligent and independent, returns home after university to her working-class family—her mother works as a seamstress, her father runs a coffee shop. Çınar, educated abroad, works at the prestigious Kocabey Holding and comes from one of the city's wealthiest families, yet carries a humble heart. As their relationship deepens, long-buried secrets threaten to destroy everything. Deniz's mother harbors dangerous ambitions for power, while the Yılmaz, Kocabey, and Yüksel families guard dark truths that will tear families apart. The series explores what two people will sacrifice for love and the devastating consequences when hidden pasts collide with present desires.
