Then Came You is a half-hour sitcom that premiered on ABC in March 2000, following a romantic relationship between a young man and an older woman. Starring Susan Floyd, Thomas Newton, and Desmond Askew, the series aired for just two months before cancellation. The show's title drew inspiration from The Spinners' 1974 hit song. Interestingly, ABC had previously considered the same title for another project—it was the original working title for the 1980s sitcom Webster before the network ultimately chose a different direction. Then Came You represents a brief experiment in age-gap romance comedy that failed to find an audience during its short run on network television.
