Against the Grain(1993)

Against the Grain follows Ed Clemons, an insurance salesman thrust into coaching a struggling high school football team in Sumpter, Texas, a town obsessed with the sport. Given one season to turn around the fumbling teenagers, Clemons throws himself into the role with unconventional methods that shake up the conservative community.
