Pulang is an Indonesian drama series following Dewi, an only child living her dream in Canada, whose life is upended when she's diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, a rare and degenerative condition. Forced to confront her mortality, she returns home for the first time in seven years, only to uncover painful family secrets. Her father Rahmat has been living a double life with a second family, while her mother Intan has passed away, leaving behind years of unresolved hurt. Now, as Rahmat faces his own battle with Alzheimer's, Dewi must navigate the wreckage of their fractured relationship. With time running out, the series explores whether love and forgiveness can bridge the emotional distance that has defined their family for so long.
