Between the World and Us is a Turkish drama series that explores jealousy and identity in the age of social media. When Ilkin grows convinced her famous actor boyfriend has fallen out of love with her, she creates a fake social media account to test his loyalty. What begins as a desperate attempt to win back his affection spirals into something darker: she finds herself crafting an entirely fictional woman, complete with a seductive persona, designed to seduce him. As the line between Ilkin's real life and her digital deception blurs, she risks losing everything she was trying to protect.
