Sentimientos Ajenos is a Mexican telenovela that aired on Canal de las Estrellas from August 1996 to January 1997. The series follows Sofía de la Huerta, a compassionate young painter who falls in love with Renato Aramendia, only to discover that her own sister Leonor harbors a dangerous jealousy. As manipulations and betrayals unravel her family, Sofía fights to protect her son and reclaim her life against a sister bent on her destruction. Produced by José Alberto Castro for Televisa and adapted from the Chilean radio serial Dos mujeres y un hombre, the drama explores themes of family loyalty, love, and survival in the face of betrayal.
