Get Ready! is a dark medical drama that explores what it means to be human through the eyes of an underground surgical team. Hazama Eisuke, known as "Ace," is a genius surgeon who hides in plain sight as a pastry chef. By day he runs a patisserie; by night he operates from a secret surgical suite in its basement, equipped with cutting-edge technology. He takes on cases other doctors refuse—patients abandoned by the mainstream medical system. Alongside him is Shimoyamada Jo, called "Joker," a brilliant international lawyer and negotiator who secures their patients and navigates the legal minefield of their illicit practice. Together, this black-market medical team performs surgeries with superhuman skill, charging exorbitant fees while grappling with profound questions about life, ethics, and who deserves care.
