Ponchomi(2022)

Ponchomi is an Indian series following a girl born under mysterious circumstances in a temple during a violent storm. When a priest assists at her birth, he's horrified to discover she's connected to her mother by a serpent rather than an umbilical cord—a sign of her supernatural origins. Raised in a Lord Shiva temple, Panchomi grows into a young woman marked as an outsider by her village community. Despite the prejudice and suspicion she faces, she uses her extraordinary powers to help those around her, navigating a world that fears what it doesn't understand while seeking her true purpose and place within it.
