What is a good teacher?

Thank You Teacher is a Thai drama series following Ko, a twenty-five-year-old woman who pursues her dream of becoming an educator. Inspired by Chaichana, who saved her as a child, Ko enters the profession determined to make a difference. Once she begins teaching at Phatham School, however, she discovers the reality is far more complex than she imagined. Navigating rigid bureaucracy, institutional constraints, and fundamental questions about what it truly means to be a good teacher, Ko must reconcile her idealism with the harsh realities of the education system. The series explores her journey as she confronts both personal doubts and systemic obstacles, ultimately reshaping her understanding of her calling.
