Ji Shu writes tragedies; Song Yan Qi insists on happy endings. When both are mysteriously pulled into his novel's world, they're forced to collaborate on rewriting the story together. As they navigate the fictional landscape and confront their creative differences, genuine feelings develop between them. The pair must grapple with an ironic question: can they craft a satisfying ending for their characters when they're uncertain whether their own romance will conclude in joy or heartbreak?
