Other People's Money(2025)

Other People's Money is a Russian series following brilliant cashier Alexey Voronov as he flees persecution by recruiting Yura Afanasyev, a provincial nobody who happens to be his doppelgänger. The plan is simple: use Afanasyev as a decoy while Voronov disappears. But the scheme spirals when Voronov is shot dead and Afanasyev is rescued by Voronov's guards, who believe they're protecting their boss. Trapped in a dangerous world of crime and deception, Afanasyev must navigate the underworld while pretending to be a man he's never met—all while uncovering the truth behind Voronov's murder. The series blends dark comedy with crime drama as mistaken identity becomes a matter of survival.
