Bad Girl is an anime series about Yuu Yuutani, a straight-A student who abandons her perfect reputation to catch the eye of Atori Mizutori, the school's most popular girl. Desperate to transform herself into a "bad girl," Yuu discovers she's hopelessly inept at rule-breaking and rebellion. The comedy unfolds as this genuinely good-hearted student fumbles through her reinvention, caught between her natural instinct to be responsible and her determination to win Atori's attention. What emerges is a lighthearted exploration of identity, friendship, and the gap between who we are and who we pretend to be.
