Thrill! The Red Chapter is a Japanese crime series following Nakano Hitomi, an unassuming Metropolitan Police Department clerk who reviews investigation expense receipts. Raised by a con artist father, she possesses an uncanny ability to spot deception and inconsistencies others miss.
