Acting is a Russian comedy series following Vyacheslav Tretyakov, a celebrated film star whose reputation crumbles after a brutal review from blogger-critic Nikita Kislyak. When Tretyakov's attempt to silence Kislyak escalates into a public brawl, he faces legal consequences. To dodge trial and restore his image, the arrogant actor must swallow his pride and accept a humbling condition: starring in a lead role at an obscure provincial theater.
