Bill's Included is a comedy series about a middle-aged divorcee who rents spare rooms to students to avoid financial collapse. Bill is warm-hearted and eager, but neurotic and overbearing—thrilled by the youthful energy his lodgers bring, yet baffled by their complete disregard for his laminated house rules and colour-coded cutlery. Caught between wanting to join the gang and maintain his authority as the responsible adult, Bill navigates the messy gap between his need for connection and his need for control. The series mines comedy from generational clash and the loneliness of middle age, as Bill learns that house rules matter far less than the relationships he's building.
