Het Zwaard van Damocles is a Dutch reality competition series where celebrities live together under constant scrutiny, forced to make collective decisions about who faces elimination. Each episode, the group must unanimously nominate a player to bear the sword—if they agree, the prize pool stays safe. The nominated contestant then competes in a high-stakes elimination challenge. Win, and you gain the power to choose the next target. Lose, and you're out of the game. Tension mounts as alliances fracture and personal dynamics clash under the pressure of shared responsibility and dwindling numbers.
