Felix & Klara is a series about a retired customs officer and his wife who relocate to an assisted living facility. While Klara flourishes in their new home, finding freedom and joy in the community, Felix struggles to adjust. Stripped of his career identity, he grapples with purposelessness as minor frustrations balloon into major conflicts. The show captures the tension between two people navigating aging differently—one embracing change, the other resisting it. What emerges is an intimate portrait of a long marriage tested by transition, where small daily irritations reveal deeper questions about identity, independence, and what it means to build a meaningful life after work ends.
