Space Sheriff Sharivan is a Japanese tokusatsu series that aired on TV Asahi from March 1983 to February 1984. The second installment in Toei's Metal Hero franchise, Sharivan continues directly from Space Sheriff Gavan, bringing back familiar characters alongside new ones. The show follows a space lawman battling intergalactic crime and alien threats across the cosmos. Known for its practical effects, colorful suit design, and high-energy action sequences, Sharivan exemplifies the tokusatsu style that defined 1980s Japanese television. The series blends science fiction adventure with the heroic, serialized storytelling typical of the era.
