The Snow Queen(2005)

The Snow Queen is an animated fantasy series following childhood friends Kai and Gerda whose bond is shattered when the Snow Queen's magic sends a shard of enchanted mirror into Kai's heart. Transformed and cruel, Kai is whisked away to the Snow Queen's frozen realm, leaving Gerda devastated. Though adults warn her that Kai is lost forever, Gerda refuses to accept his fate and embarks on a perilous quest to rescue him. Her journey tests her courage and resolve as she faces obstacles and dangers in her determination to bring her friend home and break the Snow Queen's spell.
